What you'll do

  • Build and grow relationships with mortgage brokers in your territory
  • Bring in quality loan volume and help partners close deals
  • Serve as the link between brokers and AmWest's operations teams

What we're looking for

  • Experience in wholesale or broker-facing mortgage sales
  • An existing broker network or a track record of building one
  • Current NMLS license, or eligibility to obtain one
  • Strong communication and follow-through
